hi Sheri i was very illiterate about finance when i bought my house in 2001with 2 loans of 12.75% 0f 30000$ and $120000 for 8%.so tough time make me file a chapt 13 in 2005 get out of it 8 months ago credit score now about 610 what can i do to refinance this mess and don't lose my 10 years of reside...
